Training in Bristol, Tennessee can be done in a variety of formats. Your entire training group can schedule a three to five day training session. It can be modeled as part of a recurring training group or just an individual group session. Either way, your group will reap the benefit ofPat’s experience with intensely focused sessions. For individuals or smaller groups, half day sessions are an option.
The lessons take place at the foot of the beautiful Holston Mountains, along the banks of the South Holston River in Bristol, Tennessee. Bring your normal training gear and plan to pitch in. Some participants have said they learn as much from the advice given to others, as they do working their own dog. Here, we take advantage of East Tennessee’s hill country. You will ex-pose your dog to lots of terrain.
The water is state of the art. It has a beautiful balance of technical features with a natural touch. The property offers long entries into the water as well as challenging reentries. Native vegetation gives the grounds a natural feel without compromising visibility. The majestic Holston Mountains serve as the backdrop, offering a view that is unparalleled. There simply isn’t a better place to watch dog’s work! In addition to the beautiful surroundings and camaraderie, participants will take home shared tools, a shared vocabulary, and perhaps a new perspective of their dog. Day training rates apply.
